Terms of Service
Effective 26 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SalesTrainer (“we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the SalesTrainer service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
SalesTrainer provides AI-powered sales-call practice. You can run live voice calls and text chats with AI personas, receive coaching tips during the call, and read AI-generated performance reviews after each call. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. Specific features, limits and pricing may change as the Service evolves.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@salestrainer.example if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any real person.
- Upload or transmit unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with other users' access.
- Use the Service to generate content that you then pass off as a recording of a real human without consent.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
4. AI output
The personas you talk to and the coaching reviews you receive are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. They are intended for training purposes, not as legal, financial, or professional advice. You should not rely on the Service's output for any consequential decision without independent verification.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (e.g. your business profile, custom-prospect descriptions). You grant us a limited licence to process those inputs as necessary to operate the Service. Output generated for you is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.
5. Plans, fees and usage limits
The free plan includes monthly caps on voice minutes, hints, feedbacks, TTS characters and chat messages, displayed in your account. Exceeding a cap returns an HTTP 402 and temporarily blocks the affected feature for the remainder of the calendar month. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the Service would expose us or other users to material harm. Upon termination, the licences granted to each party end and your data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, regardless of theory, is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) €100. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that you may bring a small-claims action in your local jurisdiction if applicable.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
